Deep ruby red. An aromatic expression evoking red berries, and there is a long finish with spicy notes in the palate.

GRAPE VARIETAL  100% Pinot Noir

TERROIR  Clay and limestone

WINEMAKING  Manual harvest with 3-4 weeks of fermentation in concrete vats after. Aged for 14-18 months in oak barrels: 40% new and 60% one-year-old.

FOOD PAIRING  Accompanies red meats like lamb shoulder, veal chop, and prime rib. Delicious with cow cheese.
