An elegant wine with smooth acidity and a slight taste of spice. The Kabar and a portion of Furmint were matured in oak creating a round body and serious character. The Muscat and remaining Furmint stayed in tanks to maintain its crispy and fresh notes.

GRAPE VARIETAL 85% Furmint – 8% Kabar – 7% Muscat
TERROIR Mainly volcanic stone (andesite and tufa rhyolite) and some vineyards on regosol while others are on loess
AGING 10% of the blend was aged in new Hungarian oak barrels for 6 months while the rest stayed in tanks.
FOOD PAIRING Best served chilled as an aperitif, excellent to dine with poultry and fish dishes.
