S.Delafont, Languedoc

Samuel Delafont is a « Vigneron Négociant » specializing in crus from the Languedoc region in France. He has created S.Delafont in his name with a militant zeal and an ambitious approach to the development of great Languedoc wines.

“For each cru, we select and assemble small volumes of newly fermented wine from the best chateaux and domains of the appellation. We then carefully watch over the maturation process before bottling the wine in our own cellars. Our experience after many years in the vineyards of the Languedoc has allowed us to build, with the growers, a very good relationship of mutual trust and respect. Which has, in turn, permitted me to find batches of wine of really excellent structure and compatibility”.
