T-OINOS is a 13-hectare organic vineyard on the Greek island of Tinos in the Aegean Sea. Its first traces of viticulture date back to 4000 BC and T-OINOS was created by Alexandre Avatangelos and Gérard Margeon in 1999 with Stéphane Derenoncourt joining in 2016. Located on a plateau with an altitude of 460m, the volcanic soil and steep terrain are the ideal place for Asyrtiko on a soil consisting of granite underground and sand on the surface.
