Château La Dournie is a 45-hectare certified organic vineyard in the heart of Saint-Chinian. Acquired in 1870 by the Etienne family, La Dournie has been a family property for more than six generations, managed from mother to daughter.
The vineyard sites are situated on schist soils between river banks. In the vines as in the cellar, the key words remain nature and simplicity. Winemaker Véronique Etienne takes great care to make wines as naturally as possible in order to produce the most pure expression of the region.
