Well-layered cherry red color with garnet glints. Intense aromas of black wild fruits and featuring hints of vanilla. APPELLATION  Rueda GRAPE VARIETAL  100% Tempranillo WINEMAKING  18-day maceration (with diary delestages and pumping over) in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. A powerful and fresh nose with hints of banana, peach, and hay aromas. Round and persistent on the palate with hints of stone fruit.  APPELLATION  D.O. Rueda GRAPE VARIETAL  100% Verdejo WINEMAKING  Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 59ºF (15ºC) for 21 days. Cool maceration: 4 hours at 39ºF (4ºC).
