TERROIR The 10-hectare vineyard is located in the heart of the Côtes de Blaye: oldest producing region in Bordeaux.
VITICULTURE & VINIFICATION The 30-year-old vines, planted at a density of 5,500 vines per hectare, yield 35 Hl/hectare. Traditional fermentation in small tanks.
AGING 12 months in old oak barrels, then 2 months in stainless steel vat,to finish with 6 months in the bottles.
FOOD PAIRING Best with fish and shellfish. Superb with white meats and goat cheeses.
