TERROIR A part of the grapes is selected from the terroir of “Pic Saint Loup” as the second part comes from the “La Clape” region.
CULTURE & VINIFICATION Harvested in the night or in the early morning, the grapes go through direct pressing and low-temperature fermentation. 4 months aging in stainless steel tanks.
FOOD PAIRING Excellent when enjoyed with white meat, fish, seafood, and salads.
