WINEMAKING Hand selected harvest. Grapes are destemmed before a cold maceration, and followed by a micro-oxygenation in the tank. Malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels. Aged in stainless steel tanks and then 12 months in new French oak barrels.
FOOD PAIRING Drink with grilled meat and French cheese.
