VITICULTURE & VINIFICATION Hand selected harvest. Grapes are destemmed before a cold maceration, and followed by a micro-oxygenation in the tank. Malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels.
AGING Stainless steel tanks and then new French oak barrels for 12 months
