GRAPE VARIETIES 70% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc
TERROIR Clay-limestone and sandy soils, the vines are between 20-40 years old.
WINEMAKING Traditional vinification with thermo-vinification on the mature grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon to extract the fruit and add concentration and freshness. Part of the wine is aged in wood for 12 months.
FOOD PAIRING Excellent with juicy red meats and lamb.
