Château Carteau’s Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Cotes Daugay 2015 has received 93 points from James Suckling! This Bordeaux wine is made by hand-harvested grapes that are grown using sustainable methods. The vinification takes place in stainless steel and concrete thermo-regulated vats. The wine is aged in oak barrels for 12-15 months: 50% in 1-year-old oak and the other 50% in new oak.
