Les Vignobles Ruhlmann Schutz certainly has something to celebrate with this week! As harvest rounds up all over the Northern Hemisphere, this Alsatian wine estate has received two incredible ratings for their Crémant d’Alsace Brut and Crémant d’Alsace Rosé!

Carefully critiqued by Anne Krebiehl, a Wine Enthusiast Contributing Editor who reviews wines from Austria, Alsace, and England, she states the following about both wines:

Very aromatic notes of green-apple peel have a richer hint of green citrus and melon about them on the nose. The palate continues with this purity and generosity of fruit, caressing it with wonderfully fine bubbles that fizz away with freshness and poise. This is fruit-driven, totally expressive and elegant. The finish is clean, long with yeast and satisfyingly dry.” – 92 Points for Crémant d’Alsace Brut

Pure notes of creamy Red Delicious play seductively on the nose. The palate is frothy and creamy at once, underlining that lovely apple tartness along with its mellow body. This is light but rounded, fizzing but grounded and totally refreshing. The finish is dry and creamy in a very lemony fashion.” – 90 Points for Crémant d’Alsace Rosé
